MaryAnn Guerra, founder of Aesthetics Biomedical®, has a mission of preventing and delaying the signs of aging using natural, personalized and precision technology. Aesthetics Biomedical initially developed two unique products, both made in the USA and sold internationally. SoME® Skincare is a first in class autologous, take-home skincare product. The UltraVisionTM RF Microneedling device is the first to use ultrasound imaging guidance for personalized and safer outcomes. Her career began at the National Institutes of Health serving in senior positions at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the Heart, Lung and Blood Institute and capping her tenure there as Deputy Director for Management of the National Caner Institute. She then progressed to advancing and creating organizations, such as TGEN and BioAccel, known for translating important scientific outcomes into drugs and diagnostics that serve the patient. Her creativity, entrepreneurship and economic impact has been recognized by company and personal awards from the community and industry.
